Our flight from Paris arrived at around 10AM. Initially we were planning on renting a car while in the Seychelles, but due to some issues we ended up taking a taxi instead.

  1. Karpe Wadi is not a star rated property, it is simple and humble place to live near nature.
  2. Booking for Couples and Families only . Stag group entry will not be allowed.
  3. CGST @ 9.00% and SGST @ 9.00% applicable on the final bill.
  4. The Charges Mentioned are for Non AC rooms. In case of any unforseen circumstances if the AC is not working ,charges for non ac room will be applicable. We try our level best to make your stay comfortable, at the same time there will be some glitches. Being a rural area it is not possible to serve you the best of the comforts and services, hence we request our guest to co-operate.
  5. Please Note – Food, Alcohol, Soft drinks & mineral water are strictly not allowed from outside.
  6. Management will not be responsible for any accidents on site due to any reasons beyond the control of the management.
  7. Management will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
  8. Only First aid will be provided at site.
  9. Bookings and date is confirmed on 100% Advance payment only.
  10. Cancellation as per cancellation policy.
  11. Resident guests staying in cottages are requested to take care of room keys any damage or loss of these items will be debited to the guests account.
  12. All the above terms and conditions are applicable to one day or resident guests, individually and group.
  13. Person who is signing this document/making the booking will be taken as an authorized signatory of the particular group. His signature will be representation of all the group members and applies to all the personnel in the group.
  14. We do not allow pets in our resort.
  15. It is implied when you are making the booking that you have accepted the terms and conditions and will abide by the same. Kindly inform about the place and where you are going to your group hence all the guest know what to expect, and where you are going.
  16. This is a private property; management reserves the right of admission.

We are a Stag Group can we make a booking ?

Answer :- Sorry we do not permit stag groups in the premise. We accept bookins for couples, Families and mixed groups only. 

What are the food options available?

Answer :-  We have a fully functional Kitchen. You can order food from our menu as per your requirement. This is not a running restaurant and hence food items are procured fresh and cooked as per your order. You are requested to please place your order in advance to enable us to serve you in time. We serve local food cooked by our staff. Multiple resorts and restaurants are available in Nagaon if you intend to have food outside.

We have kids / toddlers with us. Will we be able to get seperate food for them?

Answer : - We have local staff and they would be happy to assist you and try their level best to cater for your requirements.

What are the facilities inside the rooms ?

Answer :- We have AC rooms with Queen Size beds. The rooms can acccomdate additional two beds and can sleep 4 people in total. The rooms are equiped with a LED TV with DTH connection and water heaters for the bathroom. DG backup is available.

What is Included in Breakfast ?

Answer :-  Limited Breakfast is provided. Tea and Coffee, Veg : Pohe / Upma, Non - Veg : Bread omlette.
